Florida Crystals Proud to Support Palm Beach County Civic Association's Annual Breakfast to Celebrate the Spirit of Community Service

We were delighted to continue our annual sponsorship of the Palm Beach Civic Association’s (PBCA) 2024 Community Service Award Breakfast on March 18, where the organization’s Chairman Emeritus, Bob Wright, was recognized as the 2024 William J. “Bill” Brooks Community Service Award Recipient.

At Florida Crystals, we are proud to support our community and be an active member of the PBCA because it’s a wonderful organization that engages its members and neighbors on issues and advocacy all focused on improving the quality of life in the Palm Beach community.

The PBCA’s Bill Brooks Community Service Award is presented each year to an individual who has significantly improved the quality of life in Palm Beach. Wright, the former Chairman and CEO of NBC, was recognized for his stewardship of the Association and his service as CEO from 2010 to 2023.

“I was honored to be there to celebrate the remarkable achievements of my good friend Bob Wright, who has achieved so many great things in business and was a wonderful steward of the PBCA,” said Pepe Fanjul, Jr., Executive Vice President of Florida Crystals, who welcomed guests at the event. “It was a privilege to stand among so many dedicated individuals and celebrate the spirit of community service that drives us all forward.”

The event also featured guest speaker Chuck Todd, a five-time Emmy Award-winning journalist and NBC News’ chief political analyst. Previously, Chuck was NBC News’ political director and moderator of Meet the Press.
